Amy Mattioli, designer and artist, has been part of the jewelry business her entire life. Growing up with a father that owned and operated his own jewelry store and a mother who managed the administrative offices, Amy had an early introduction to her own blossoming talents. Her father owned Van’s Jewelry for 35 years before retiring. Hours and hours were spent watching her father at the workbench working on beautiful creations. Her first job was working for her father, and later, after college, for several years she worked for the Zales Corporation and was a top sales person.
Amy traveled Europe and the United State for two years prior to moving cross-country, marrying and having children. Her travels inspired her to study the art of jewelry making and have added an international flavor to her work. Her family kept her busy for several years but she always had the drive to get back to creating and designing. With her determination and the continuous teaching of her parents, she started her own jewelry business. She enjoys working in the bridal industry and has fashioned pieces for entire wedding parties. She had outfitted many celebrations with her unique work. Her ability to select colors and textures for any occasion is in high demand.
